Hello, is this product for veterinary or human use? SpO2 Cable (7 Pin)

We have a Mindray iMEC8 Vet we purchased from you in 2021. Our SPO2 is not working and tech support thinks we have the wrong cables. Our current cables will work on a human finger but none of our cat and dog patients. This is a sudden change so we are not sure why it is happening because it was previously working on all our patients.

Thank you for your inquiry. The product is intended for human use and is compatible with the DPM6 and DPM7.Regarding your Mindray iMEC8 Vet, I recommend using the following cables.
